Anthony obtained his Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and has worked in psychiatric crisis settings with children, adolescents, adults, and families. He specializes in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and has experience supporting individuals facing anxiety disorders, panic attacks, trauma, depression, identity development, self-esteem challenges, stress management, anger issues, behavioral concerns, and other mental health needs.
Anthony’s approach is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming. His clinical foundation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with integrated tools from mindfulness practices, strengths-based work, and a deep respect for client self-determination and empowerment.
He believes in supporting and empowering clients through life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools. Therapy with Anthony invites learning, insight, perspective-building, goal-setting, problem-solving, and healing, always with the client’s voice at the center.
When Anthony isn’t in the therapy office, you can find him spending time with his family, playing games with friends, and hanging out with his and his partner’s dog, Iggy. He also enjoys unwinding with some good reality TV and caring for his growing collection of plants. Anthony has a deep love for animals of all kinds and finds joy in connecting with them, whether at home or out in the world. He is a strong advocate for mental health and draws from his own life experiences to support others on their journey.
Anthony is currently seeing clients both via telehealth and in person.
